Enquire nowAustralia TradeCoast’s partners and occupants are developing a range of services to cater to the increasing working population.
Despite the perceived industrial nature of ATC, around half of businesses within ATC are service based businesses, highlighting a shift towards a higher density of employment than has traditionally been the case.
The variety of services and amenities now available north and south of the ATC region has helped to ensure the region has become a convenient and desirable employment location. Services include Brisbane Airport Corporation’s Airport Village (including a Woolworths supermarket), the Port of Brisbane’s Visitor Centre, childcare centres, DFO (Direct Factory Outlets), the Novotel Airport Hotel, and a range of other retail shops.
